Dr. Barry Frazelle
Dr. Frazelle is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Zoology and Dentistry. After graduating in 1987, Dr. Frazelle joined Dr. Bernie Morgan, former and now retired senior member of Atlantic Dental Group, in the practice of dentistry. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association and Wilmington Tri-County Dental Society, of which he was President in 1993. Dr. Frazelle currently attends Port City Community Church and participates in local and international dental outreach. He trains several times a year at the Spears Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona for Esthetically Driven and Occlusal-TMJ Treatment for dental patients. He resides in Wrightsville Beach, where his hobbies include surfing and motorcycles. He and his wife, Anna, have 2 daughters, Hannah and Kirsten. |
Dr. Carter Wells Lee
Dr. Lee joined Atlantic Dental Group in 1996. He graduated from UNC-Chapel as an undergraduate in 1988 with his degree in Industrial Relations/Economics. He went on to attend UNC-CH Dental School and graduated in 1996.He is currently a member of the Tri-County Dental Society, as well as the Implant Study Club. Dr. Lee has a special interest in implants and cosmetics, as well as all restorative dentistry. He regularly attends continuing education, keeping up with the latest innovations in dentistry. Dr. Lee is an active member of First Baptist Church here in Wilmington. He has been married for 20 years and has two children. Born in Wilson, NC, Dr. Lee moved to Wilmington in 1996. He loves boating, hunting, fishing, and is an avid Tar Heels fan. |
Dr. Sarah E. Pless
Dr. Pless, born in Salisbury, NC, received degrees in microbiology from North Carolina State University and dentistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She joined Atlantic Dental in 2006 and is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, and currently serving as President of the Wilmington Tri-County Dental Society. She recently completed Biomet 3i’s Synergy course, focusing on the various restorations for implants. She serves on the Congregational Council at St Paul’s Lutheran Church and as a Stephen Minister in the community. She volunteers locally with the Mission of Mercy dental outreach event, Cavity Day, and at Cape Fear Dental Clinic. She resides in Wilmington with her husband, Nathan Askwith, an engineer at GE/Hitachi, and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Paddington and Beatrice. |
