Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. If something urgent happens outside those hours, leave a message or send the form and we will come back to you with the first available time.

Have your insurance card to hand if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. If you are transferring from another practice, we can request your records and recent x-rays so we do not repeat imaging unnecessarily.
