Call as early in the day as you can

We hold time in the morning schedule for urgent cases. The earlier you call, the better the odds we can fit you in today.

What we can usually handle same day

Pain relief, a broken or chipped tooth, a lost filling or crown recemented, an extraction, an abscess drained and antibiotics started, and a temporary fix that gets you comfortable.

What needs a planned appointment

Crowns, implants and anything involving lab work. We stabilize today and schedule the definitive treatment properly.

You do not need to be an existing patient

Emergency patients are seen regardless. Bring your insurance card and a list of any medications.

After hours and weekends

We are open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 to 5:00, and Friday, 8:00 to 12:00. Outside that, leave a message or use the request form. If you have facial swelling that is spreading toward your eye or under your jaw, or you cannot swallow or breathe comfortably, go to the emergency room rather than waiting for us.

A knocked-out tooth is a real clock

Hold it by the crown, rinse gently in milk or saline, put it back in the socket if you can, and get to us immediately. Reimplantation success falls sharply after the first hour.

Questions we get asked

What time should I call?

As early in the day as you can. We hold time in the morning schedule for urgent cases.

Do I have to be an existing patient?

No. Emergency patients are seen regardless.

What counts as an emergency?

Uncontrolled pain, spreading swelling, bleeding that will not stop, or a tooth knocked out. Swelling moving toward the eye or under the jaw is a hospital visit rather than a dental one.

What can you do on the same day?

Relieve pain, extract a tooth, drain an abscess and start antibiotics, recement a crown, or place a temporary that gets you comfortable until the definitive work is scheduled.

What about Friday afternoon or the weekend?

We are open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 to 5:00, and Friday, 8:00 to 12:00. Outside that, leave a message or use the request form. Anything involving breathing, swallowing or spreading facial swelling should go to the emergency room.
